This old Navajo squash blossom necklace weighs 110 grams and contains 75 hand made, fluted beads. The naja measures 2.5″ across and 2 1/8″ high and features coiled wire and applied repousse elements as well as detailed hand stamping, and there are 15 artfully crafted blossoms. The necklace measures 22″ long, and it is strung on wire. There is no artisan hallmark. This exceptional piece, in all sterling, really speaks to the intense labor the artisan felt was necessary to produce such a stunning work. It’s in excellent condition with nice age patina.
