This has been referred to as “the penultimate” coin necklace by the few collectors that have seen it. One of the silver dollars is from 1879 and the beads are all mercury head dimes. It weighs a whopping 15 ounces, measures 21” in length and the craftsmanship is astounding. Excellent condition, no artisan hallmark and covered in warm age patina.
