The attention to detail on this set of old pawn Navajo dangle earrings is remarkable. The 7/16” diameter beads are handmade and vary slightly in size and shape. The connecting wires between the elements are unusual in that they are encased in tiny sterling cylinders which I have never seen before. The connecting wires are all handcrafted on a very small scale speaking to the diligence of the artisan. The ear wires and the hemispheres they are attached to are also handcrafted. They measure 2 7/8” long, counting the wires and weigh 9 grams. There are a couple of tiny bumps on the beads, but the set is in amazing condition considering it’s delicate nature and age. Covered in warm age patina and test positive for sterling. No artisan hallmark.
