This outstanding ring features a rectangular jade stone measuring 5/8” by 7/16” set in flat bezel and accented with seven raindrops of varying sizes. The face plate measures 1 3/16” by 5/8”, it’s a size 9 and weighs 9 grams. Jade was very rare during this time period and was seldom used in Native American creations and remains an unusual design element. The single split shank is well anchored and the ring is stamped 925. The ring has been recently polished but the patina that once covered it is apparent among the raindrop accents. Excellent condition.
