Vintage Ornate Taxco Mexican Cross Pendant with Lapis Stone

02/22/2012: For months I have been trying to find my wife the perfect silver cross with a blue stone and consistently came across many ‘standard’ though beautiful pieces that unfortunately didn’t really speak to her unique style. Finally, I discovered a piece for sale by Native Treasures online said to be a “Vintage Ornate Taxco Mexican Cross Pendant with Lapis Stone,” and I immediately contacted Steve, the owner of the piece via email and inquired if it was still available. Steve quickly replied, and given that I was lucky enough to also live in Albuquerque, agreed to meet me and hand deliver the piece to me! Within less than 24 hours, this cross–certainly true to the images and more spectacular once in my hand–was presented to my wife who wears it still today. I certainly appreciated the fast response, personal service and fair pricing for what is truly a native treasure. Thanks Steve!

09/12/2011: Native Treasures Online is a great website! First and foremost, thank you Steve for your prompt email replies and efficient service. I am most excited to have become acquainted with a website that offers unique and beautiful jewelry that I have scoured stores for in the past. Let me get to the best part! The four items that I have purchased from Native Treasures Online are several of the most exotic and again, unique pieces of jewelry I have found. To find them all in less than six month’s time is amazing! The sand cast belt is beautiful and the bow guards are the best I have ever seen in my searches. And my squash blossom (below) is already gaining admirers!

04/14/2011: As a starving college student back in the mid 90’s, I once came across a beautiful squash blossom necklace in a pawn shop in Gallup, New Mexico; however, I told myself that I couldn’t afford it and walked away. It was a huge mistake. After graduation, I went back to the shop and could not find the necklace or any other necklace of the same quality or caliber. I have searched for many years in many different pawn shops, art shows, etc. to find one similar or even better than the necklace I had “lost” in the 90’s…until I looked on the web and found “Native Treasures” of Albuquerque, New Mexico quite serendipitously. It has taken me 15 years to find my necklace! Thank you for the awesome service and for helping me find my squash blossom!
